Children using their own transport must strictly adhere to school timings.
Parents are requested to drop their children at school only after 08:45 a.m. and pick them up by 04:15 p.m..
Supervision by school staff is available only from 08:45 a.m. to 04:15 p.m..
Parents must ensure timely drop-off and pick-up to avoid any inconvenience or lack of supervision.
The routes for school buses are coordinated with the Transport Coordinator. Parents should consult the Transport Coordinator for detailed route information and contact details.
Any changes in bus routes, pick-up points, or transport mode for students (even for a single day) must be notified to the school authorities in writing by a parent or authorized guardian. Phone notifications will only be accepted in cases of emergency.
The bus personnel, teacher in charge and student bus monitors are responsible for maintaining discipline on the buses.
Any serious disciplinary issues will be reported to the Principal.
We always provide a responsible escort on the school bus for safety and supervision.
Children must be ready and waiting at their bus stop 10 minutes before pick-up time. Buses operate on a tight schedule and will not wait for latecomers. The bus will not wait at the stop or at school in the evening for students who are late.
Any changes in pick-up/drop-off venues must be cleared with the school office in writing, which will then inform the bus driver. Phone calls for route changes will be accepted only in emergencies.
Bus timings and routes may be periodically adjusted to accommodate new students or improve efficiency. However, buses do not offer door-to-door service to minimize excessive commuting time.
