At Saraswathi Central School, we believe in offering equal opportunities to all students seeking quality education. The admission process is structured to ensure that students and parents have a smooth and transparent experience.
Parents can visit the school office or contact the admissions team to inquire about the available seats and admission procedures.
Application forms are available at the school office. The completed form must be submitted along with the required documents.
For admissions to higher classes, an entrance test may be conducted to assess the student's academic proficiency.
For younger students (KG and primary), an interaction session with the child and parents may be conducted.
Based on the test results or interaction, selected students will receive a confirmation of admission.
Parents must complete the admission formalities, including fee payment, within the given timeline to secure the seat.
Admission is only confirmed after the payment of the admission fee and submission of required documents.

We understand that there may be situations where parents wish to withdraw their ward from the school. The withdrawal process is outlined below to ensure a smooth transition:
Parents wishing to withdraw their child must submit a written application to the Principal’s Office requesting a Transfer Certificate (TC).
The application must be signed by the parent and submitted in person. Applications from local guardians or visitors will not be accepted.
The withdrawal request must be submitted at least 30 days in advance. For withdrawals at the end of the academic year, the requisition letter should be submitted on or before 31st March.
The Transfer Certificate will be issued only after the clearance of all dues, including annual fees, transport charges and other pending payments.
No TC will be issued until all financial obligations are fulfilled.
The school requires a minimum of 30 days to process the Transfer Certificate and complete all withdrawal formalities.
The Transfer Certificate must be collected from the school office in person by the parent or guardian. Acknowledgment of receipt must be provided.
The school will provide the necessary academic documents and certificates to facilitate the student’s admission to another institution.
This detailed procedure ensures clarity and ease for parents and students, allowing for a seamless experience whether seeking admission or withdrawing from Saraswathi Central School.
